The location in this beautifull villa is everything. It's a magical location for only a few to enjoy. You have to overcome some obstacles but the location of this amazing house leaves you breathless. One of the best places I have ever been.

Our experince was amazing. We were 5 and have great time in house. The house is so clean and stuffed. Bed linens and towels is also clean and new. The village is also nice and cozy but our landlord was so kind and house is also so cozy and have domestic unique ambience. She put wine, fresh fruits, drinks and some snacks for us. Really welcomed experience from the begining till the end. If we will plan to come again we will stay this house again. Everything about our stay was perfect.

Located in southwest of the island, just a stone's throw to the sandy beach and about 15mins away from a picturesque mountain town of Marathokampos. Quick communication with the loveliest and most welcoming host, Aggeliki, who kindly provided tips about what to see in the area. 100% would visit again! 🇬🇷

Breathtaking view, very large house with private pool and a unique view. Owners welcomed us at check in and provided info and tips for our stay. I Highly recommend it.

It's a brand new and effectively designed property with a fantastic view. If you need a peaceful vacation, this place is all you need. Me and my friends were very happy with our Kontemare experience. Also Mr. Nikos, the owner of the property is extremely kind and helpful. Having a pool option belonging to the property if you don't like pebbly beach is also good.

This summer, we stayed at Ktima Countryliving, and it was far beyond our expectations. First of all, the garden is very spacious and refreshing. Inside the house, everything is complete, and all your needs have been considered. You could even come with just half a suitcase :). It's located in a very secure area, both peaceful and very close to nearby beaches. Don’t leave Samos without experiencing Ktima Countryliving !!! We loved Ktima, but we loved the owners even more. We are so grateful to them. They made us feel like family. They lighted up the fireplace ahead of our arrival, and took the time to explain everything in the house to ensure that we would be comfortable. On Christmas Eve. The house is fully equipped. Towels, kitchen, bedding, fireplace and heating. Free parking spot. Surrounded by green areas and 5min walking from the beach. It was winter, no neighbors. Felt peaceful and quiet. We spend Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and it was perfect.
