Great family owned property, very kind host. We were picked up and brought back to the ferry marina for free. The house is very close by the marina, so it is also walkable. There's a supermarket right in front of the house and the Mount Pahia hike starts very close to the house too. Just opposite of the fire-fighters. Make sure you go for the hike early in the morning with enough water. We did the hike by ourselves twice, as the fist time was foggy on the top. The second time the view was splendid.

From the terrace of the bungalow I had a great view on Matira Beach, probably Bora Bora's most beautiful beach that also allows easy swimming. I could walk out through the little garden door and wade out into the stunning lagoon and swim. One evening I was able to see a black-tipped reef shark swimming right in front of the beach. A very solid restaurant, the Lucky House, is just 5 minutes by foot away. The interior and the terrace of the bungalow, while lacking a few details, are modern and in excellent condition. If you want easy access to a beautiful beach, which allows easy swimming, this is probably your best option on Bora Bora.

Everything was clean and comfy. A/C, laundry inside the unit. Bikes and canoes available. Direct access to the lagoon across the street. Everything was perfect.

Aurore our host was very kind and fast in her responses and helped us with great ideas, even arranged a day pass for us to the St. Regis. Unforgettable stay, 100% recommended.
