The host (Johnny) and his wonderful parents (Nuie Nuie and Claude) immersed me in French Polynesian culture which has left a strong and lasting impression on me. The self contained facilities in the villa were very good. The villa is situated at the water's edge. It was so easy to engage in snorkelling and swimming. I was even invited to partake in a community group canoeing practice session which was memorable. The villa is situated approximately 13km from the centre of the town, in a quiet location near the botanical gardens. There are lots of additional activities available which can be arranged or advise sought by Johnny. Can't wait to return.

Beautiful amenities, an easy six minute bike ride to the local store to fill up on essentials.

The hosts were very responsive and accommodating and met us with fresh leis to greet us. Sublime location, the first afternoon we just sat near the water and count leave to do anything else, but relax. Would definitely book this again!
