Without hesitation, we can say it was the best resort experience we've ever had. Perch is a hidden gem nestled in the heart of nature, boasting 5 completely independent villas perched on the edge of the sea, offering breathtaking views of the El Nido Islands. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beauty surrounding us. The staff at Perch were incredibly warm and accommodating, making us feel right at home from the very start. The property itself is relatively new and impeccably maintained, with cleanliness maintained at the highest standard throughout our stay. Each villa at Perch offers a sense of privacy and exclusivity, allowing us to fully unwind and immerse ourselves in the serenity of our surroundings. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the panoramic views of the El Nido Islands, which we were treated to each day from the comfort of our villa. Watching the sunrise and sunset over the horizon was a truly magical experience that we will never forget. I saw spider, ant and so. But I didnt get any bite, even Im very attractive to those. The house is clean too!

The flat had an excellent location. It was close to a mall that had everything you need. The place was clean, and good size. Check-in and check-out were easy. The host was coordinating regularly. My guest was happy.

We stayed 6 nights at Richard’s place and we had the best time! Richard is the best host we’ve ever met, he was helping us from the moment we arrived to El Nido till the very end. He picked us up at the airport, gave us a ride to the beach multiple times, hooked us up with an amazing tour guide and made our stay unforgettable. As soon as we arrived to the villa we felt right at home, the place was very clean and tidy (and fully stocked with plenty of beer water and other beverages🙌🏼) and we loved the big terrace/living room area. We’d 100% recommend his place to anyone and if we ever return to El Nido we would definitely love to stay at his place again! Thanks Richard! 🤝
