I loved the place, it's very clean inside, it all fit well. The shower was amazing, after sailing days it was the perfect place to relax, it's not far from the beach, I went running every morning and it took like max 5 minutes to reach the beach, so it's great position. Shops are nearby, yeah I had a great stay.

Nice rooms in a cute building. Kitchen-closet thingy almost complete. Easy to park (for a Belgian coast town). Location is great, close to the beach and plenty of actually good restaurants.

Fully renovated and redecorated in 2018 and within walking distance of the Belgian coast you find Getaway Ostend.

There where no air conditioner, in the morning was hot.

Ter Helme is situated in the dunes, in between Oostduinkerke and Nieuwpoort. There is a sun terrace for warm weather and a playground for kids. Free WiFi is available in every room.

Room was huge, lots of space for a family of four and storage space (lots of room to store a pram). It was very clean and the bathroom facilities were great. It was very light. I cannot fault the room at all.

The apartment Les Charmes d’Ostende was the perfect accommodation for a few rainy days in Ostend; very central in the heart of the city and its pedestrian shopping area with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and bakeries nearby and a short walk away from the seaside promenade and beach, as well as galleries and museums. The apartment is quiet, spacious, spotlessly clean, nicely furnished and decorated with great attention to detail, plenty of towels and mini-toiletries and the kitchen well equipped to cook a decent meal if you are staying longer. The coffee machine with a supply of pods was a real bonus. The bed and sofa bed in the living room were both comfortable with freshly laundered bedding and the baby cot came with a mattress which is a rarity these days. The check-in was smooth; nice to get the keys in person instead of an access code. The owners were friendly and helpful and let us stay until 5pm on our checkout day. We also very much appreciated the detailed message with directions to the apartment and local parking facilities prior to arrival. We were keen to try out the restaurant from the owners downstairs but sadly it was closed. We hope to go back, so next time…
