Central city location and on site parking very convenient. The room overlooked a side alley and therefore was relatively quiet given location on main arterial . The kitchenette was well stocked for minor meal preparation. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size for eating / sleeping . The supermarket us in the next city block

Very central
Spacious, well equipped accommodation
Comfortable beds
Excellent hot showers
Friendly hosts - fast communication
Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
Really lovely comfortable modernised cottage up the top end of North East Valley
Despite the cold weather, felt nice and warm as has heat pump and wood pellet burner
Kitchen has everything you need for self catering
Well service rooms, it was lovely have the room serviced every day and the offer of clean towels. Modern, spacious and had quite a well equipped kitchen Very close to shops which made self-catering easy. Lovely view of the sunrise.
One of THE best appointed apartments with many thoughtful additions well beyond our expectations. Well located with an easy commute to the much busier Dunedin. Offered the option of self catering with dinner and breakfast options close by.
Great communication and clear directions from host. Well appointed guest suite with separate rooms and lots of nice indoor and outdoor spaces. Comfy bed, amazing shower with variety of toiletries supplied. Bird song in the morning and could hear the water at night. Nice little kitchen for breakfasts and simple self catering. Coffee and tea making facilities and supplies. All was easy. Nice features and accessories for a comfy stay. Off street parking at the door to suite. Would happily stay again.
Great location for the stadium, city centre and plenty of food and shopping outlets too. Well equipped for self catering, and incredibly friendly and helpful owners! Will definitely stay here again when I visit Dunedin in the future
