Serenity Comfort, a property with a garden, is set in Sutton Coldfield, 12 km from Villa Park, 12 km from Drayton Manor Theme Park, as well as 14 km from Bullring Shopping Centre.

The middle bedroom was fine, no complaints. The front bedrooms mattress was very uncomfortable, the back bedroom had an odd unpleasant smell and the pillows smelt of sweat, the one pillow was very lumpy and uncomfortable so this was not used, due to this the guest in this room did not have a good nights sleep at all. The bedding was definitely laundered which means that it was the pillows that were the problem, I would suggest these are disposed of. The following day we found some clean pillow cases in the middle bedroom cupboard, these smelled nicely laundered so we added two extra Pillow cases to the pillow, this helped reduce the odour somewhat, a better nights sleep was had. The tea towel in the kitchen also had an unpleasant smell to it and didn’t appear to have been laundered. The house looked lovely when we walked in but on closer inspection we were quite disappointed.

Located in Birmingham, 4.5 km from StarCity, Sweet Stay, 2 BED Apartment provides recently renovated accommodation with free WiFi and a fitness centre.

As a group of 4 golfers this was a brilliant base for us, close to a selection of pubs and places to eat and only 20mins from The Belfry. From the picking up of the entry fob to the sign out procedure Sam's communication was excellent. The apartment itself was superb, very clean and enough room for the 4 of us, and equipment. The little touch of 4 bottles of water in the fridge was great. Also, coffee making facilities and biscoff biscuits were also a nice touch. If anybody is looking for a clean apartment with a great location for The Belfry that has great value for money then this is the place. Thanks Sam 👍🏻

The bungalow was exceptionally clean and the hosts had left lots of little items to make our stay more comfortable. The garden is peaceful and I loved sitting outside on a summer evening. The beds were exceptionally comfortable.

    Spotless room. Excellent location, right off high street where there are lots of lovely restaurants and cafes. Highly recommended the pizza in Verona down the road. Kitchenette facilities were very useful and clean; we arrived between lunch and dinner time so was great to pick up some food at the Sainsburys that's two minutes away and use the kitchen facilities. Great communication and instructions from host. Very good value and would stay again.

    The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location was ideal and we enjoyed a long walk along the canal and around the nature reserve. The bed was as comfortable and the room was a good size. We enjoyed using the courtyard and the sitting rooms.

    We were allocated a very good room for the 2 days that we stayed. the room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was a bit dated and the shower was a little temprimental otherwise everything else was fine. The hotel was ideally situated for my work location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall good value for money

    The room was modern and very spacious, location was ideal with just a 10 minute walk into the centre. Staff were very friendly and polite and went out their way when we wasn't happy with the first room.
