Bed and duvets were comfortable, staff was helpful. We did not have any problems with the bluetooth key, it was very practical. We were able to walk from here to see the sites....about 40 minutes to Haga and walking along the river was lovely. It’s in a great location, less than 10 minute walk from the bus and train station with a direct bus to the airport. The room was comfortable, warm, nice hot showers and the included breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of hot and cold food, pastries, juice and hot drinks. All the staff I encountered were lovely and helpful. I felt safe here as a solo traveller. I read a review in another platform that the hotel has bed bugs, but it was not the case, thankfully (perhaps rather a cruel allegation). The room was always warm.
