The kitchen has all the mod cons and the air conditioning works perfectly which was great because it was VERY hot in Narbonne when we arrived. The communication was excellent at all times and Marc has a good command of English. We had no problems with the check-in or the check-out and everything was very well explained. We got a quiet room as we asked, it was very clean, more spacious than we expected, with small kitchenette, including small refrigerator and dishwasher. Also with perfect clean bathroom. The beds were very comfortable, so we could rest very well. Parking on site was offered for extra cost 16 euro, and it was possible to park a car for free on street next to the hotel.
