Staff are friendly and efficient, spoke good English and were eager to assist. Also happy to provide breakfast packs if heading off on early tours. Parking underneath is very convenient, rather small in size but there are easy parking lots available almost next door if needed. The beds were very comfy. It was very nice and clean everywhere. Service is very good, very friendly staff, always happy to help you with anything. I also went to their bar and it was excellent. Delicious breakfast. Very helpful staff, allowed us to shorten our stay by one night (due to changed itinerary, not because of the hotel) free of charge and without fuss.
