We liked that the hot tub was inside and out. The slide and pool were fun. The beds were great and the shower was awesome! I wish it was cleaner in some places but it was good overall!

The Fox has always been such an iconic hotel in Banff ever since its inception.i was really excited to take my daughter so she could experience the cave-like Hot Springs. However, the rooms are quite small and really need an update, considering the cost. The facilities in general are quite dated; old, slow elevator, outdated decor that doesn’t look as clean as one would expect - carpets swiping duet and age.
The staff, were very helpful, receptive, and friendly.

Wonderful homey atmosphere breakfasts were very good. Veiw from the hot tub was spectacular 👌 Will be going back again.
These hotels offer something unique in terms of design and are usually set in a trendy, urban part of town. Blending high standards with a homey vibe, boutique hotels are more intimate than your average hotel.
Convenient location. Reasonably priced. Great pub - food was delicious. Room was clean, updated.and very comfortable. Complimentary cookies and tea were a wonderful surprise. Everything was really lovely - great boutique hotel.
Compared to the prices of staying in Banff this is such a no brainer. Modern, really nice design, great vibe, big space, nice beds, lovely staff.
We must have got some mega discount because it's new because the value is mad
I loved how it felt like staying at a friends home, the decor was amazing as well- as an interior designer I was in love with all of the little thought out items.
We were met with smiles from all the staff who always asked how we were and if we needed anything. The breakfast was awesome and I loved how it was presented
