The ambiance is very Italian and the hotel with its restaurants are very beautiful. The staff is professional and nice. The hotel is smack in the center of Lugano. The rooms could be made more charming to match the restaurants, although they work well.

The place was nice "motel like" with a 50's look. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is good. The proximity of the hotel is quite close (if you have a car or take the bus, it would be a very long walk). They accepted the dog without any problems.
