Unfortunately we were robbed €400 cash from our purse in the morning from our room while we were having breakfast. We reported this to the Hotel Manager, no answer. We will be filing a police report. My advice, be carful with your belongings during your stay

The ambiance is very Italian and the hotel with its restaurants are very beautiful. The staff is professional and nice. The hotel is smack in the center of Lugano. The rooms could be made more charming to match the restaurants, although they work well.
