The location is great -- easy access to the main train station, trams, and bus lines, museum, restaurants, etc.. The room was much better than some previous reviews. Clean, comfortable (AC - we hit a very warm first weekend of April), daily service. Yes, it was small but that is Europe and it is to be expected. Very comfortable bedding.

The Hotel Krone Unterstrass enjoys a quiet location in the center of Zurich, a short tram ride from the main train station. It offers you air-conditioned rooms and free WiFi.

A little far from the center, but good communication. There were a couple of good italian restaurants close to the hotel, not a touristic area for sightseeing.

The Holiday Inn Zürich Messe is between the airport and the center of the city, next to the famous Hallenstadion concert venue, the fairgrounds, the Convention Centre and the Theater 11 music hall.

The worst hotel in the IHG group Room cleaning every three days, nobody even collect the trash, no coffee machines in the rooms I requested a trolley to carry my luggage and they didn’t provide, AC is not working although we ask the receptionist I will never stay in this hotel again

Great location and a nice clean room. Nice plantings in the hallways and in each room. The hotel tour book was also interesting. I liked the free bottles of cold water and Coca Cola available to take. I did not like the breakfast. The eggs were not cooked well.

The completely renovated Sorell Hotel Rütli is located in the heart of Zurich's old town, next to the funiculars and the ETH Zurich university.

Average Eeuropean breakfast. (Far better than a French breakfast but weak for a Turkish person) Room was clean and spacious. Access to the hotel was very easy. Location is very nice. Walked everywhere with my 4.5 YO kid even without the need of trams.
