A Return visit. The staff were friendly and super helpful making you feel a valued guest. The room was spotlessly clean. Toiletries provided of high quality. Whilst there is no 'cooked' breakfast option available the continental breakfast offering is comprehensive and of excellent quality. Evening meal options are limited but again the offering is high quality. I have booked for my next trip already.

The property has a lot of potential. However, it is rundown and in need of investment to refurbish. Carpets and walls stained in rooms. Basic facilities in rooms missing like water. Not sufficient seating on the terrace. A real shame. Dinner menu very limited. I think with a bit more work, it would be far improved and could command higher rates.

Great location, clean rooms well serviced, comfortable bed, reasonable bathroom and the staff are helpful.
These hotels offer something a little different in the way of design and usually sit in a trendy, urban part of town. More intimate than your average hotel, they offer high standards with a homely vibe.
A lovely welcome always when we arrived at the hotel- the reception staff seemed genuinely interested in our visits and what we were planning. Beautiful and well designed..The rest Is a fairy tale! And the food is amazing 🤩! I recommend it 10/10 !
A beautiful building and stunning gardens 😍

Lovely owner. Wonderful to talk to her about the history of the building. I felt it was under used and somewhat dated.
We talked about our past works and I mentioned I ran a Nursery school in the Middle East and her building could well lend it self to a change of business for additional revenue!
Comfortable, spotless, lovely decor and a spacious room. Very friendly host - it felt like a family home. Gorgeous dining room and scrumptious breakfast.
Comfort, Cleanliness, Calm, Luxury, Location. Thank You to all for a lovely stay. Can't fault anything. Great night's sleep. Lovely rooms. Easy safe parking. Gorgeous location.
Nice, stylishly designed, clean accommodation. The city center is easily accessible by metro, the station is 5-7 minutes walk from the house. The beds are comfortable, we spent two calm, quiet nights here, we didn't find it noisy at all. The room was equipped with a kettle, which was very useful in the morning, as well as free coffee, tea, sugar and milk. We had to share a bathroom with some other guests but it was no problem for us. We were completely satisfied. A good choice for the price we paid.
