The staff were truly exceptional - their warm hospitality and attentive service made our stay truly unforgettable. What really stood out, however, was their willingness to help with anything and everything. No request was too big or too small, and they always went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The hotel's private and quiet location was a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our room exceeded our expectations in every way - it was exactly as described, and the attention to detail was impressive. The massages were also divine and the ladies were always amazing! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway in Bali. The staff's outstanding service will be remembered long after our stay, and we can't wait to come back and experience it all again! 5/5 stars! LOVE LOVE LOVE!

This resort was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at in the world!!!!!! Easy to walk to the town center for restaurants, beach and shopping. The staff was top notch; restaurant/bar, spa and housekeeping. We liked that it was adults only!

The service at this hotel was beyond our expectations. The beach is really close by and the facilites are gorgeous and really big. we had two building (one for dining and lounge, and one with the beds and the bathroom) for ourselves. The pool was great too and the food was delicious, especially on the beach and at the italian one.

    It was absolutely stunning!! Did not want to leave the rooms were gorgeous! The pools were clean & food was amazing! The buffet breakfast was CRAZY!!! Such yummy food & the staff were so helpful & nice! It was such a lovely stay and you definitely don’t need to leave the resort but definitely recommend going up the beach!

    Beautiful architecture and design, well appointed for such an enormous hotel, it doesn’t feel too busy or packed with people. It really is quite awe inspiring. Rooms are lovely and generous spaces; bathrooms are light and spacious. Lots of different pools that spread people out. Stunning gardens and landscaping. We stayed in a garden view room which had nice light and privacy. The staff are professional, friendly, always available and helpful.

    Amazing hotel with a top service level and an heavenly rice field view. Very friendly helpful geniune staff! Wow! 5 min by foot from the beach. Thank you for the great experience! The breakfast was extended and delicious. The tea break was well organised. Amazing spacious rooms as well. The interior design was very special and nice! We also had a nice dinner over there. Also amazing respons on our feedback about 'What could be better'? The shower was not 100% --> they fixed it immediately.

    Staff were great and an awesome breakfast. The pool was really nice and value for money. Surrounded by 5 star hotels it is the only 4 star hotel so if you are on a budget you can stay in a really nice area for an affordable price.you can also use some of the other hotels pools on the waterfront if you get food and/ or a drink.
