United StatesAmazing breakfast WOW!! And the breakfast staff are absolutely wonderful. The overnight parking lot is excellent as we needed something secure. Hotel is on the busiest road in all of Orizaba so I was concerned about road noise but we got a room facing nothing (away from the street) and it was quiet. Everything was very clean and they had nice hot water. All in all what we needed. The little restaurant in front was also excellent and a great value. Strict 3pm check in.

We upgraded to the 3rd floor as we needed an early check in and the rooms were lovely and free biscuits every morning was a lovely touch, the room was cleaned every day with new bed sheets which was a plus. The rooftop pool is a huge highlight with beautiful views of the town, and I think this is the only hotel to offer this in Orizaba.
