We arrived early and were able to check into our room. We appreciated the consideration. The staff were polite and friendly. The earl grey tea bags were great. Although we faced the street our room was quiet.

The amenities & facilities within the hotel were all amazing, especially the outdoor balcony. Not having to go all the way outside front & stand in the rain or cold like most hotels, to have a vape/smoke. Bonus from the outdoor balcony you could see the sky tower. Gym was well equipped and lots of space compared to others. Cafe had lots of yummy goodies and great coffee too. Great pool esp for families. The location of the toilets near the pools, very ideal and convenient to have. They had 2 entrances out with lots of pool towels/ showers to use. Awesome sauna. One in each male & female toilet
The attentiveness and courtesy from the staff afterwards when one staff was not very polite in the beginning of my checkin

Stylish hotel in the perfect location in Central Auckland. Everywhere is easily walkable. Sadly we weren't there long enough to enjoy the facilities as we arrived in the evening and left the next morning for Waiheke but the room was absolutely lovely, really nicely designed and laid out. Breakfast was very good although the poor girl serving seemed to be hotel receptionist, waiter and everything else and was run off her feet. We'd absolutely stay here again.
The Junior Suite delivered tasteful luxury & supreme comfort. Beautiful furnishings and designer light fittings, two bathrooms & and library. The Chaun Spa is also not to be missed. Lunch poolside a treat if weather permits - exceptional service and menu options. Highly recommend!
A fantastic example of an affordable, boutique hotel. The rooms were modern, spacious and well-furnished without being overly designed. Very comfortable,, relaxing and calm.
Extremely clean and modern and safe. A league above almost every other hostel I've ever seen. Excellent bathroom facilities and interior design. Luxury at budget prices!
Loved all the amenities in rooms. Stylish, 5 star products, green forward thinking design.
Love that you can buy everything in your room too. Very cool.
Huge shower was lovely.
Room service breakfast from Kingi was amazing.
Well stocked mini bar and the very best tea and coffee supplied. The small touches to room I loved.
Great location.
