    Lovely touches re leaving a loaf of Vogels, eggs, butter in a butter dish, condiments, orange juice and fresh milk! Many thanks. Central location close to the octagon but far enough away from the craziness and noise, and opposite a lovely green area around a church. Interior design has everything you need plus a wonderful combo of old fashioned setup with edgy touches. A special place to stay.

    everything in this apartment is high end and luxury in a historical building! love the furniture and interior design! full of Victorian character! love the food, coffee and tea provided. Dan is a great host! we had a little problem with the microwave in one of the evenings. after messaged Dan, he rang me immediately and had Andrew came and fixed it in a minute! that was incredible! Bell Hill apartment is the highlight of our Dunedin trip!

    This was easily the nicest place we stayed in New Zealand. Stylish, comfortable, luxurious and on-site parking. Railhead shower, cool art, great interior design, comfortable bed. 👌

    lovely room, great location, very comfortable bed and the whole property is well designed - simply gorgeous. The cafe has the best coffee ever, yes - even better than at home in Melbourne! we ate breakfast there each morning because the food was excellent and we loved the ambiance. 10/10 and we will definitely be staying here next time we visit Dunedin.

    Beautiful and well designed hotel with lovely touches in the rooms. The internal courtyard is stunning and the feeling of being indoors and outdoors at the same time is unique and interesting. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel is well located.
