I loved our overall stay at Awa hotel. Firstly, the price is very reasonable for a room that's very spacious, immaculately clean, and the interior design is modern. Secondly, their room amenities are full-packed and their receiving area has a pool table and massage chairs to enjoy. Lastly, we had a good time chatting away with the lovely and smart owner, who we call 'auntie', while we were enjoying the delicious food from their restaurant. I highly recommend Awa hotel - home away from home. 👍

The Black Swan is a gorgeous hotel that has been tastefully designed for luxury and comfort. Our room had a view over the lake and our own outdoor fire should we wish to sit outside. the staff were super friendly and did everything they could to make our stay special. the grounds were manicured and would be very special in summer. This is the type of hotel you come to stay and relax in, rather than heading out to explore.

The apartment was easy to find and the communication with the host was great - there was a code provided so we could sort ourselves out. The studio has been designed with a certain charm and character and the layout was good. The bed was comfy and the heater made the place feel cosy. The toiletries were classy and it was a lovely touch to leave some wine, water and a few chocolates. The wifi was excellent and the studio was a short walk to the lake and Eat Street.

We have booked two rooms, one was given brand new renovated, the other one was old design. The old one was fairly spacious and clean, it had bath tub, my kids was happy to soak in. The new room was great design, comfortable and clean. The breakfast is a bit pricey, would love to try if it is more affordable. Generally, I will book again.

We were here for a little bit of luxury and relaxation for our babymoon ;). Stunningly beautiful location and facilities, the staff were so friendly and accommodating especially Kym and one of the highlights were the incredible breakfasts. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner at the restaurant. Beautiful cosy conservatory space and gorgeous outlook over the lake all round. Room was lovely too and we enjoyed the sparkling water. Also made use of the pool and spas.
