Located just beside the Blood Compact Shrine, Ocean Suites Bohol Boutique Hotel offers accommodation in Bohol. Guests have access to the outdoor infinity pool.

This hotel has seen better days… Should be renovated definitely! Room furniture, bathroom and everything around really in bad shape. Equipped also very basic. Cupboard was not cleaned for ages. Room cleaning only on request. Our room was “ocean view”, but in reality you can see only small part of ocean, only top floors can enjoy nice surrounding, so its simple lottery what you will get. Asked to change a room, topical answer “sorry, fully booked”. Place in island is ok, breakfast also basic, stuff was pleasure, this is only really good thing about this hotel.

- Welcome to Marqis Sunrise Sunset Resort and Spa a mountain resort with an panoramic view where elegance meets comfort and exceptional service awaits you.

This hotel should and could be a 9 or 10 given its spectacular views, quiet location, two lovely infinity swimming pools and private rooms with spacious balconies. But attention to detail especially in the rooms is lacking. Some examples of this. There were coat hangers but no cupboard or even a rail to hang clothes. The toilet was separate from the bathroom and had its own hand basin. But there were no hand towels provided nor was there anywhere to dry your hands. The in room safe had not been attached to the wall and so could be easily picked up and removed. There was no cupboard to un pack clothes. The fire extinguisher was missing. Hot water was intermittent. Fortunately the bed was comfortable and the aircon worked well.

A lovely, quiet boutique hotel. Everything was clean. Friendly staff. Nice pool and general area. Quiet as set back from the beach, but still only a 3 minute walk. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Nice little restaurant which was decent too. A very nice stay

I love our room! It’s so spacious for a family of 4 with our nanny. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. The bathroom/toilet is very spacious as well. The interior design is superb! My children wanted to stay esp my son who loves to swim in the pool. We would definitely come back.

The lovely staff - professional and really helpful. The interior design, the fascinating artefacts, the views, the swimming pool. The kayaks are for free, so it's great to make use of them to go further out if the sea is calm. This allowed you to observe the massive rocks under the water and some corals around them. This was to the right of the property.

The privacy! There is no other hotel like this one - with high fences allowing you to feel at home. The luxury of having a private pool was quite an experience and definitely not something you’d like to miss out on. The staff was super lovely and doing their best. They even organized a cake for my partner’s birthday! The location was also great, just a 15-minute walk from Alona Beach. The villa itself is stunning at the first glance….

Everything - from the very tastefully chosen decor and interior design, to the food, to the pristine rooms, to the library of books and dvds, to the very friendly staff. Beachfront was also relaxing. They let you use kayaks and snorkeling gear for free. There’s hammocks with the coconuts netted to avoid any accidents. Breakfast buffet is an excellent spread as well

The staff were lovely and always smiled and said hello when coming and going. The design of the place was pretty cool as well with the dining area being upstairs and the rooms below (for private anyway) They were also kind enough to make us breakfast for takeaway when we had an early morning tour which we were very appreciative of. Plus the free breakfast was really nice, three pieces of toast and an omelette. I did ask to change it to pancakes one day and they happily did that as well.

The room is big and clean. The interior design is very minimalist. The staff is accommodating. We also had the pool to ourselves. The hotel is near Alona Beach. The best part was the transportation service. We weren't expecting that it was free but it really was. For a very affordable hotel, having a transportation service is a game-changer!
