The staff for the most part was friendly. The cook for the morning breakfast was super nice and attentive. He even brought our omelets to our table. Bryan the manager was helpful. The day staff was nice. The late night shift when checking in was not so friendly. I should have left the property then.

Housekeeping was inconsistent. Bar manager was not helpful, he wasn’t rude, but he wasn’t helpful.

Amazing location, awesome rooftop, very big room.
Only the complaint- pullout couch was very uncomfortable.
Mattress was so slim that the metal frame was poking through it.

Room was good size but that was about it. No services, breakfast came to the room but never on the time slot selected. Only 1 elevator working and there is a busy restaurant on the top floor so coming up or down from the room was always a hassle.

All the glowing reviews are true. This is a lovely, well-cared-for and curated boutique hotel. Lots of small details to make your stay memorable. Super friendly multi-lingual staff. One of the most comfortable beds that I've ever slept in. If this is in your budget range and you want to be near the beach in San Juan, this is an excellent choice.
The location is amazing. This hotel has such beautiful design and finishes. It's well-appointed, with gorgeous artwork. The staff were more than accommodating, friendly, and very patient with us. It was also easy to walk to some of the wonderful local restaurants and bars.

The balcony overlooking the ocean is really lovely, plus you are literally right on the beach so amazing to sound of the sea and the ocean view right in front of you.
Well situated in a residential area within walking distance of shops and great restaurants in Concado, the boutique hotel is 2 minutes walk from the beach and also host a very good trendy restaurant. Rooms are big and well equipped. Beds and cushions very comfortable.
