Kaengkrachan Boathouse Paradise Resort offers accommodation overlooking the Kaengkrachan National Park and Kaengkrachan Reservoir.

Amazing location, views to die for! Staff very friendly, but due to limited English spoken, communication was difficult. As I was there in order to visit KK Nat Park for birding, the early restaurant closure was a slight concern, but worked out after day one. For the non-birder who stayed behind during the day, it was quite lonely as there were very few people around, and we appeared to be the only ones each evening.

Incredible staff and location! Lake was dry during our stay, but the grounds and outdoor spaces are still stunning. The rooms are comfortable and the food at the restaurant was delicious! By far some of the best curries we’d had in Thailand with fresh vegetables from the on-site garden. The homemade bread at the included breakfast was also a highlight. Above all, we had an amazing morning tour of Kaeng Krachan with Games and cannot recommend highly enough! So excited to return in another season!

The room was large with a big table. Kettle to make hot drinks The room is designed to be dark to keep it cool and so has bedside lamps. Their is A/C and a fan so you can choose what you prefer. The ensuite bathroom is lovely.. The verandah is great for sitting and reading or watching the birds squirrel and chipmunks. The staff are very helpful and the food at the restaurant is excellent. The lodge is not far from Kreang Kachang national park. The staff will help you organise trips into the park.

A very peaceful location, with lake close by at bottom of the garden. The accommodation has everything needed and is very clean. The owners are very welcoming and friendly, and we had lovely meals too. It is literally 2 minutes from the National park.

The area around the restaurant is perfect for relaxing on a hot day nearby the river and the resort is beautifully designed with lots of flowers, plants, ponds and two swimming pools. The staff helped with all our special requests like, for example, a vegetarian breakfast that was created just for us or the organisation of our visit to Kaeng Krachan national park. Everyone was very friendly.

Lovely minimalistic place to stay in a stunning setting. Own trails, fresh garden, lotus lake and delicious cooking make it idyllic. Pricing of things like big water bottles also fair, which is important given the remote location

This is a beautiful place. Our room was stylish and lovely. There are wild hornbills and loads of butterflies. The gardens are wonderful and the river eating areas are beautiful. The pool at the bottom was fun with a nice view and an awesome waterslide.
