The rooms were charming, comfy and spacious. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the unique design of the interior overall. Don't let the exterior fool you, the interior is totally different and transports you to another time and place. Breakfast was also included and provided some hot food choices. Also loved that the TV was big and a Smart TV so it was possible to stream your favorite apps.

This is not a European-style boutique hotel, despite what reviewers have said, LOL. It's a massive, Chinese-owned hotel with motel-style breakfast and over-the-top decor. We enjoyed our huge room (through plain, with a view of the parking lot), the free parking, the convenience to San Jose (8 minutes on the highway), the nice staff, and the bright, kitschy hallways and breakfast room.

The spacious room and the complete kitchen make it extremely comfortable. The bed is also comfortable. Having a room on the side that overlooks the park and the creek trail is gorgeous! I felt like I was in the woods! The breakfast is great! Several options to choose from and the food is tasty. The breakfast room is spacious and the large windows are wonderful to look out of.

The hotel felt very welcoming like boutique hotels do. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful, always greeting us when we were leaving or returning. The decor was charming, not what we expected.

very good hotel with large rooms, polite and respectful receptionists, and clean rooms. In general, it is an affordable place to stay. It is easy to find restaurants and grocery stores in the neighborhood.
