Perfect place for hiking and for a relaxing holiday. The staff is extremely kind and helpful and they really did everything they could to make our stay the best possible. The view from our balcony which we enjoyed with coffee is extraordinary. They created a very cosy place with a cat & a dog wandering around within the garden and common place. Huy is extremely helpful, helped us arrange the taxis, buses, a guide to hike in the rice field who turned out an amazing Hmong tribe lady with superbe english (her name is Sau)! We really appreciate the soft bed and tick fluffy duvets. -On our last day the staff gave us a bag with snacks and water for our long bus journey which was very thoughtful. -The hotel is new and the design is inspired by the minority culture and embroidery. -The hotel’s location was very central and close to all the restaurants. -The dining room is on the 9th floor and has stunning breakfast views. -Breakfast had nice variety of foods and fruits.Guest review byZalaYoung couple

LaLa was so helpful, I decided to stay another night. Very pleased with the room and the view. A beautiful hotel.
