Our favorite place during our 2 weeks in China. The property is lovely, located in a quiet secondary road close to main attractions (canals and gardens), with stylish furniture (rooms, reception, courtyards) and good comfort. The owner speaks English and has been very helpful. Alipay rental blue bikes are available at 5 minutes walk, as well as shops, local restaurants and convenience stores. Laundry available to guests. A real good surprise.

This is IHG new brand Hotel , just opening on last year. It's the tallest building around in that area with amazing city view or river view from room. I really like this hotel's design, it really shows the unique design of even style . The staff is super friendly and has been very helpful for guests who first time visit Suzhou.Hotel to connected Metro Line3&Line5, nice on site cafe, gym, and breakfast was excellent,Great for a transit overnight stay.

Location is strategically convenient with the Metro. It's just a mere walking distance of 7 mins and we have arrived our destination to roam around Suzhou city. Room is exceptionally big and clean. Love the layout and interior design. Staff are all very helpful!

Very nice receptionists, with translator they try to solve any problem. Nice design, really good breakfast with a lot of things.

While the design and structure of the hotel were visually appealing, resembling an ancient building with a spacious garden, my overall experience was still disappointing.

Exceptional facilities, the place is clean and cozy. The bunkers are design in a way that it's like a little room of yours.

Beautiful traditional , A grand palace design hotel. Next to Panmen Scenic locations, with complimentary entry. Great breakfast , wide choices , Chinese restaurant 👍🏽 delicious, and affordable pricing. Concierge staff very helpful. and friendly.
