Restaurant downstairs seems to be popular with the locals, thats a good sign. I did like the food. Quiet location.

El Mercure Graz City és a poca distància a peu del centre històric de Graz, a 400 m de la muntanya de Schlossberg, on es troba el principal monument de la ciutat, la torre del rellotge. The bathroom was beautifully renovated, the shower head had good pressure and felt good. Bed was comfortable - all in all a very clean inviting room. Staff were very helpful - the breakfast was great, so much variety of food to choose from and the dining area had a nice atmosphere.

This modern hotel next to the Main Train Station in Graz is within a 10-minute walk from the historic Old Town and the Kunsthaus. The room was large and well appointed. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom also large and well equipped. The location in the old town was exactly what I wanted.
