The place was spotlessly clean, quick and professional communication from the hosts and a smooth self check-in. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the added bonus of a parking space in the garage was a huge advantage. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and the attention to detail throughout the apartment was impressive. A lovely touch was the welcome bottle of local wine, which made us feel instantly at home. The apartment was fully equipped, including a balcony and nice view, as well as a kitchen perfect for both short and long stays. I would rate this experience 11 out of 10! The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood with a lot of shops and places to eat and drink nearby, and we always found a free parking spot just outside the building.

Featuring garden views, Gästehaus Anna Top 1 offers accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 3.4 km from Graz Opera House. First we were a little surprised about the common bathroom and toilette, but that was my mistake, because I haven't noticed that in the description. But eventually it didn't cause any problem. Everything was really clean. We had a little mirror and a sink in the room either, so we didn't have to leave to room just to wash our hands or so. The location of the house is brilliant. It is near to a main road, but far away enough to be super quiet. There is a nice balcony with a little table and chairs and it has a beautiful view. It is so peaceful. Sometimes you can feel the scent of freshly mowed grass. The kitchen has everything in it, fridge, oven, microvawe, plates, cutleries, and the view is also amazing from its window. As there is a bus stop on the main road, it takes zero effort to get to the city. We took the bus no. 60, and the tram no. 3 (23 after 8pm). But we also walked down and back on the first day.
