This traditional 5-star palace hotel occupies an elegant Art Nouveau building dating from 1913, located in the heart of Bern next to the Federal Parliament. Luxurious hotel with exceptional service that you won’t find elsewhere. From the moment we arrived at the hotel until the checkout time, the entire staff was extremely professional and friendly. The rooms are spacious and very classic, beautiful lobby, it is the best in Bern. We had a personal incident and we received a great support from the staff and the management. I am really speechless. Thank you for everything!!

They were excellent; offered me earlier Chech in at 10am at very short notice without any extra charges. They genuinely caring about the customes & their customer service was excellent; one of a few time this kind of real customer service I experienced in my many years of traveling

Located in the centre of Bern, Hotel Bären am Bundesplatz is only a 2-minute walk from the Federal Palace and a 5-minute walk from the main train station. The location of the hotel is a prime location near the train station, tram stops and a lot of restaurants. The breakfast was good everything was made fresh.

Best Western Plus Hotel Bern se nachází v centru švýcarského hlavního města, mezi francouzským kostelem a věží Zytglogge, jen 5 minut pěšky od hlavního nádraží v Bernu. Great, clean and stylish rooms, breakfast is delicious and great value for price.

Moderní a elegantní Hotel Savoy se nachází v historickém centru Bernu, v docházkové vzdálenosti od hlavního nádraží a slavných nákupních ulic. Wi-Fi je dostupné zdarma ve všech prostorách. Great location, right in Old Town. Comfort double room with nice balcony (on 4th floor - it's advisable to request this in advance). Spacious bathroom with huge shower. Comfy bed with memory foam pillows. The coffee machine, kettle, bar fridge, safe, aircon, and WiFi are all great. Friendly staff. Parking a short distance away at Metro for CHF20/night - easy to park there and take the elevator to street level, which comes out very close to hotel (better than negotiating the restricted access one-way roads around the hotel). Plenty of places to eat and explore in the area.

This 3-star hotel occupies a 500-year-old building in the Old Town of Bern, just steps away from the Aare River. Hotel Belle Epoque is situated in a very strategic area. Near restaurants, city center, tram, bus and easy accessibility to the center and main train station. The cobbled stones walkway and the old town is very IG worthy. If you want to experience the old town homes, Boutique Hotel Belle Epoque it is. Spacious room and bathroom.

Stay KooooK Bern City - NEW OPENING is situated in the heart of Bern, 5 minutes on foot from the train station and a 2-minute walk from the Bärenplatz Square, the Zytgloggeturm clock tower and the... Skvělé umístění v centru. Online check-in by byl fajn, kdyby fungoval. Bohužel byly nějaké problémy v komunikaci mezi bookingem a ubytováním, takže i když máte potvrzenou rezervaci z bookingu, tak o vás ubytování neví. Naštěstí problém pomohl vyřešit přítomný personál, zjevně jsem ale nebyl jediný takový případ. Asi je lepší toto ubytování rezervovat napřímo, ne přes booking. Hezké společné prostory. Pokoj též pěkný, i když docela malý.
