The room itself it very nice and it has a small kitchenette attached to it which has coffee machine, microwave, fridge as well as basic utensils. The owner, Mr. Amir, is very helpful.

Located in the centre of Bern, Hotel Bären am Bundesplatz is only a 2-minute walk from the Federal Palace and a 5-minute walk from the main train station. The hotels were nice. Clean too and the reception staff were very understanding and respectful and the restaurant was also clean and nice and everything in it was clean and new too.

This is a five star hotel and it deserves this rating fully. The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained, the staff are knowledgeable, approachable and helpful. The spa area is large enough for a city hotel and has long working hours. The room is comfortable.

Located in the centre of Bern, Hotel National is only a 5-minute walk from the Main Train Station. Guests can dine in the restaurant and make use of free Wi-Fi. Location very close to city center and train station. Very helpful staff. Very nice room with high ceilings, everything looks shiny and clean. neat hall and public areas. especially the lobby on 3rd floor.

Moderní a elegantní Hotel Savoy se nachází v historickém centru Bernu, v docházkové vzdálenosti od hlavního nádraží a slavných nákupních ulic. Wi-Fi je dostupné zdarma ve všech prostorách. Location was great. But staff, particularly Ivan, was incredible. Ivan was so helpful over and over again and really helped make our stay wonderful. He and his female colleague that was working on New Years Eve in the evening were wonderful. There was also a maid there from Portugal that spoke Italian as well and she was extremely helpful. I didn’t get a chance to find out her name but we had an issue and she went above and beyond to help us take care of it. Grateful to all for such a wonderful stay. One of the best we’ve ever had.

Everything was great, location is superb, just next to the main central station and a walking distance from most of the sightseeing location. Clean, comfortable.

This is an amazing place to stay in bern. Great location, great amenities. Stay here you won't regret it. The kitchen is equipped suffiently. We made fondue 2x and did not have a problem cooking that or breakfast every morning.
