I couldn’t handle the heat (I’m from colder places), the receptionist was so kind to give me ice cold water and made sure that I’m comfortable. He even prepared the room to get the temperature colder. The room was clean, staff were so sweet and I liked the place.

Conveniently situated in the centre of Zürich, Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich provides air-conditioned rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a terrace. Cannot beat the location. Ultra clean property. My junior suite was fantastic and again ultra clean. Very staff member was superb. Savoy restaurant served great food and staff was excellent again.

Excellent stay in a central location, close to key viewpoints overlooking Zurich. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - I happened to be staying during a massive street party outside near the lake, and the staff were keen to ensure minimal noise disrupted my stay (my room was quiet all night). Though slightly small, the twin room was the perfect size for a single traveller, and the breakfast downstairs was tasty.

The cinema at the hotel is a nice touch and good service to offer guests to unwind. Walking distance to the main streets and there are plenty of food options nearby. Overall really enjoyed our stay.
