The staffs are so lovely and they are super helpful. (especially Luca give us so much informations when we arrived) . we like our breakfast and we have a nice conversation with staffs who work in morning section. we also love the sauna room . it is SUPER . The tram just 1 mins walk to hotel. Everything in the hotel are perfect for us.

One special highlight that made this stay even more exceptional was the outstanding service provided by a lady named Berisha (I may be mistaken about the last name) at the reception, who was very helpful and friendly, making the check-in process incredibly smooth and pleasant. This hotel is an excellent choice for any visitor seeking comfort and top-notch service.

El Novotel Zurich City-West està situat al centre de la zona de Zürich-West, el barri més de moda de la ciutat. L'establiment ofereix piscina privada i internet gratuïta. The hotel was across the road from the tram station and in close walking distance to the train station. The staff were very helpful and nice. The restaurant food was excellent. There was space for children to play outdoors.

I loved every bit of my experience from customer service, to cleanliness, to room layout, to the most delicious breakfast! One of the best breakfasts I've ever had at a budget hotel! Molt net i l'habitació molt gran per 4 persones. Amb pàrquing privat, tot i que una mica car. Esmorzar senzill, però molt correcte.
