The night shift employee was really nice and helpful with our request to have a room on the higher level. That was a warm welcome. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable. Temperature was nice and warm. The price was 62 euros for a double room which was good value for money.

Located in Munich and with BMW Museum reachable within 1.2 miles, Landhaus Ambiente has a garden, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a terrace. A bit out of town but the bus stop to the nearest U-Bahn is right outside the door, in the Altstadt in 20 minutes. Exceptionally clean. Tea and coffee facilities available and also water provided. My room was at the back of the property so it was very quiet. Check in was very easy, it was a lock box and the manager picked up the phone immediately to give us the code.

We absolutely loved this hotel and recommend it to anyone traveling to Germany, especially the Munich area. It was easy to get to from a train station. We loved the hospitality, location, and especially the friendly staff. The gentleman at the front desk made a recommendation for dinner and we loved the authentic German food there. He was willing to go out of his way to give us directions to get there. He put us up in a huge suite which included a living room, separate bedroom and large bathroom, along with vaulted ceilings. We will definitely be back.

A recently renovated apartment, Zum Engelreich ruhig, ländlich, stadtnah offers accommodations in Munich. Both free Wifi and parking on-site are accessible at the apartment free of charge. Host appears to have a quirky personality making getting the key a mini mystery tour. Fortunately the lock box was unlocked as we never found the red candle behind the box near the frog statue … which was were we should have found the code for the lockbox. Finding the key grew bothersome quite quickly after travelling all day.
