We had booked a regular room but needed a room with a stool in the shower, they fixed us up with a handicapped room on the first floor for the same price. We were confined to our room due to his injury while we waited for a flight back to the US. The room was very comfortable, the food was very good, and the staff was very helpful. The neighborhood was nice to walk around.

The facility was very clean. They have their own parking. I was happy to use the parking in basement in winter. The metro station was just 10 min walk away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a drainage issue, they immediately arranged a separate room.
