The room was clean and big. Television was working. We also had a balcon which was clean, so we could use it. Every day there is room cleaning. We could order breakfast for each day (this is optional). The neighbourhood is clean and calm. Tram station is 1 min walk from the hotel (airport is 45 minutes by trams). I reccommend this hotel! Oh, and the host has a lovely cat :)

Good location with easy access to central Nice using public transport (tram). 2. Clean and spacious apartment was very comfortable for our group of 4 persons. 3. Adequate facilities (eg kitchen utensils, crockery, washing machine) provided for a comfortable self-catering stay. 4. Friendly and helpful host, Fetene assisted us with all the information which we needed regarding our stay in Nice.

It was very nice apartment with everything inside. Just for the parking you have to look a free place. Just 15 min by foot to the centre. The guesthouses were very friendly and nice. I loved it with my family.

Very good location, very friendly staff which was ready to help with any questions. Very interesting design, it was absolutely not that what I expected but I was really cozy

The accommodation was comfortable and satisfied all needs. Many destinations can be reached quickly by tram. I can only recommend it to everyone. I hope to return to Nice again.

Close to everything we (3 adults) need while doing our 3 full days visiting riviera. Host is very nice and friendly too. Will definitely stay next time.

Sunshine Getaway - Stylish Studio in the Heart of Nice se nachází v Nice a nabízí bezplatné Wi-Fi a klimatizaci. Pláž Plage du Ruhl se nachází 1,7 km odtud a Pláž Plage du Centenaire 1,8 km. The host went over and above for us, I was actually shocked at how much effort was put in for us. There was coffee, croissants, yogurt, Museli, fruit, snacks all waiting for us in the apartment. The room is beautifully decorated, so clean and neat! Has a fan and aircon! It’s about 2km from the main promenade of Nice, but easy to walk there. It’s also 500m from the train station which was perfect for us! :) Would highly recommend this stay and would book it again!
