Centrally located and modern near restaurants and bars and closed to the main harbour and trams station - direct for/from Nice airport Tram2. My room was very nice with confortable bed and large TV screen. The staff were very nice from checking to checkout.

Instead, mine was super comfortable. Really spacious bathroom, clean, quiet, situated in a central location. The staff was very friendly and I was positively surprised by the big variety of food for breakfast. I would definitely go back.

This is one of the best places that we have stayed as a family. We took one room for three and another room for two. All of the rooms were beautiful and unique but what was most impressive was that Clemence (the owner of the villa) was extremely warm and friendly. She met us at the gate, took our suitcases and showed us the property and rooms. Throughout our stay she was available and we could come to her for help or questions and she was extremely attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return to Villa Leoni. I highly recommend this place.
