We stayed for 1 week in La Terrasse and loved everything of the apartment! It was super clean and every detail was made and decorated with love. The location is perfect and supermarket, restaurants and tram station were very close. Within a 15-20 min walk you can reach also the tourist center of Nice and the beach. One of the highlights of the apartment is the terrace, where you can enjoy the early morning coffee or the evening wine. Our host was amazing friendly and helpful! Thank you very much! We will be back for sure!

It was very nice apartment with everything inside. Just for the parking you have to look a free place. Just 15 min by foot to the centre. The guesthouses were very friendly and nice. I loved it with my family.

First of all, the exceptional owner Pierre, a very nice person. The apartment is in a really good place in Nice, very close to everything. I love this city, I like the place where I spent 10 nights and I definitely recommend it.

Sunshine Getaway - Stylish Studio in the Heart of Nice er staðsett í Nice, 1,7 km frá Plage du Ruhl og 1,8 km frá Plage du Centenaire. Beautifully decorated studio, very clean and comfortable. I really appreciated the hostess kindness and that they provided Bio bath products for the bathroom.

The location was great and the host was super responsive and friendly. Also, the apartment was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed at. I would definitely stay at this place again if I ever come back to Nice! There was a tram station just outside the apartment and I also loved the balcony. And by the way: the sofa bed was super comfortable!
