easyHotel Nice Old Town is a budget hotel located beside the Acropolis Palais des Congrès, 700 metres from Place Garibaldi and 850 metres from the Port. Compact and nice room. Good location. Private car park but need to pay the fee. But it is convenient to park on the street. Staffs are really friendly.

Hôtel Relais Acropolis is set in the heart of Nice, a 10-minute walk from Nice's Old Town and 150 metres from the Acropolis Convention Centre. beds were comfortable, lovely receptionist, very clean and great breakfast

Hotel des Dames is 100 metres from the Palais des Expositions . It is 300 metres from the old town and a short tram ride from the beach in Nice. Very well located, close to Nice Riquier train station and TRAM.

MY CASA - Smolett - Superb Studio Suite Downtown with AC er staðsett í Nice, 1,3 km frá Plage Rauba Capeu og 1,5 km frá Plage Ponchettes. The apartment was the same as the photos. Rue Smolett is perfectly located, close to Aldi or other food stores. Tram, and also, it's an easy walk to anywhere in Nice. Perfectly located near restaurants, bars, cafes, and local amenities. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Having an oven was a bonus. Really enjoyed our 2 weeks there.

The property manager was communicative prior arrival to the location and advised to wait for me to collect the keys. Gave a tour of the room and took sometime to give some recommendations as far as traveling within Nice, France and outside. Gave clear instructions in order to complete a smooth check out.
