Very lovely compact rooms, super clean and have all the amenities. I was staying in the Single room. Cleaned everyday, comfortable bed and everything worked. Most importantly, Steve & Peter were both immensely helpful and friendly. I actually really valued the advice they gave me (particularly Peter, whom I interacted with, I loved his frankness and honesty, all while being extremely warm). Plus you get a 15% discount at The Avenue, which was a great treat!

Located in central Brighton, the refurbished New Steine Hotel - B&B is set in a 5-story Georgian townhouse and offers contemporary accommodations with free WiFi access throughout the property. A warm and welcoming reception awaits your arrival. I only stayed one night, however the staff, amenities, and room were simply fantastic. Perfect location, and extremely clean. Would definitely stay here again, when visiting Brighton in the future.

This hotel was such a bargain, lovely room at a fantastic price, very clean and very peaceful and a very convenient location. Couldn't recommend enough
