Really they helped a lot .. with booking trains .. and ticketing spas restaurants .. they are sooo kind ... and extremely helpful .. even the hotel staff are detail oriented ... i highly recommend this hotel because they make their best to make you happy and comfortable... thank you again for maria and tata.. and all the others

A very beautiful hotel with all its charm, and the atmosphere is captivating. It felt like living in a castle. We arrived on November 22nd, and the lady at reception was very polite and always tried to help. Unfortunately, we didn’t ask her name, but she was absolutely amazing. A big thank you to her!
