Location was great-just next to the huge and fantastic Vane park. The rooms were lovely and clean. The host was truly amazing and very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful view from 35th floor and excellent location. Staff is super friendly and we would definitely come back again! Vladimir from reception was a very good Georgian tourist ambassador and told to us interesting info about Georgian culture. We enjoyed our stay in Tbilisi at this hotel. Spa area and fitness also very good! We tried restaurant on top floor which was also very good.

Best Western Tbilisi City Center features a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Tbilisi City. This 4-star hotel offers a business centre and a tour desk. Breakfast was great. Location is superb. Lots of restaurants around. Vake is central yet quiet and safe. It is a safe version of London Mayfair. I booked this hotel for three senior family members, three separate rooms, in separate occasions. They all loved it. They like the cleanliness, how attentive the staff are, decor, location and the breakfast. One elderly relative left her reading glasses in the hotel, she got in a taxi and the staff chased her out to hand this back. Another elderly relative needed some help on the room, Natia at the reception was very helpful. The hotel has been very accommodating in terms of early check in. Charged us half of a day room price only for 9am check in. Lufthansa flight arrive early. It is an overnight flight. It gave my auntie time to rest before embarking a day of sightseeing. Will book again.
