Hotel Local 101 var uppgert vorið 2023 og er sjálfstætt hótel sem er á rólegum stað í hjarta miðbæjar Reykjavíkur, við heillandi götu sem samanstendur af klassískum íslenskum heimilum. Very nice hotel at a central location. Super quiet, couldn’t hear anything from the street or other rooms. The room was cozy and bed comfortable, I slept very well. I stayed here with my dog, so extra point for being a dog friendly hotel. Everything was great! :)

Everything about the stay was wonderful. Parking was easy, the location was safe. The apartment was clean and wonderful. It was well located for easy travel on foot or by car to many popular destinations.

What a great apartment! This place has everything you need for a fabulous stay in Reykjavik. It's within easy walking distance of the main streets, yet far enough away to allow a little more peace. There is secure parking underneath the building, with an elevator up to the 3rd floor. The apartment has a great kitchen with everything you could need, a washing machine and dryer to keep up with your laundry, and a comfy bed and lounge area. There are supermarkets close by too. Communication with the hosts was fabulous - very responsive and helpful. We would happily recommend to family and friends, and would definitely stay again!

Modern Apt RVK City Center er gististaður með garði í Reykjavík, 4,4 km frá Perlunni, 50 km frá Bláa lóninu og 500 metra frá gömlu höfninni í Reykjavík. Nice and modern apartment, enough space for family of 4 people. The place is very quiet to get some rest after the round trips. Parking is very conveniet and free. Walking distance from the city center, grocery shops nearby, 5 mins walk. The bakery in the bulding is very good. Very good value for money, would definitelly stay again. Appreciate the instructions from the landlord on arrival and how to get in.

Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment downtown Reykjavík státar af garðútsýni og býður upp á gistingu með garði og svölum, í um 1,7 km fjarlægð frá Hallgrímskirkju. Loved quiet neighborhood, how close to downtown that it was so easy to walk to and from everything we did (catching tour buses, going to museums, eating out at restaurants, going food shopping and even seeing Northern Lights from the city). Beds were also very comfy. We took car service to and from airport, so we didn't have a car.
