The staff is really friendly and helpful and the room is very clean and equipped with a kettle, tea and coffee available for the guests as well as water in the fridge. The location is great for those coming by bus to Piazzale Roma as it is only a very short walk. There is a luggage storage available so you can continue sightseeing after checkout and pick up your luggage later on. Depending on your reservation, the breakfast may come with additional charge. It’s nice, standard hotel breakfast but would recommend one of the small cafes for more local experience.

Housed in a 16th-century building overlooking the Grand Canal in Venice, Palazzo Venart Luxury Hotel, member of the Leading Hotels of the World offers elegant rooms and suites, as well as a fine... Everything was excellent. The most impressive things are the details. Details in meeting during check in, during the breakfast, some small nice but nice things in the room, very helpful and friendly stuff. You feel like at home from the first step. Very useful advices concerning the city. Breakfast is perfect, the views are wonderful, the bed is so comfortable!

Featuring 19th-century Venetian styling, Hotel Moresco is just a 5 minute walk from Piazzale Roma. With free Wi-Fi, its elegant rooms are a luxurious mix of old and new. Hotel Moresco was fantastic. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. Our bags were whisked up to our room and we were offered a welcome beverage while they checked us in. Once we made it to our room, we were very pleased. The hotel has temperature control, lovely furnishings, and very comfortable beds. Water is complimentary and there’s a stocked mini bar. The bathroom had great lighting and the shower was very nice. There were plenty of outlets including one on either side of the bed. The bed had two pillows per person which is a must have for me! The location was very convenient to access from the train station and the plaza where you can grab the bus to the airport. It is slightly separated from what I’d consider “downtown” but still very easy to get to the grand canal in about 15-20 mins walking. They also offer complimentary apertivo snacks starting at 6:30pm every night, and you can order a cocktail and relax in their lounge area. Also, the breakfast was fantastic, they serve eggs to order, great cappuccinos, and a variety of fruits, yogurts, meats and cheeses, and bread/pastries. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice!

Set in a small noble residence, this 4-star boutique hotel offers a combination of an historic setting, rich classical design with modern comforts, and a central location in Venice. They made upgrade room for us. How lucky we are！ The introduction and instructions that provided from the hotel is very useful and helpful

With panoramic views of the Grand Canal, Hotel Palazzo Giovanelli dates back to the 16th century. Saint Mark's Square is just 2 stops away on the water bus. Top facilities and staff were so attentive and helpful. The guys that do the breakfast service were exceptional. Plus the location on the Grand Canal cannot be better.

The 4-star Papadopoli Venezia is set in the heart of the Sestiere Santa Croce area. It is a 2-minute walk from the bus terminus of Piazzale Roma, and 984 feet from Santa Lucia Train Station. Such friendly staff, excellent attention to detail. The restaurant is stunning!
