While you only have a small cabin to sleep in, the cabin has exactly what you need and with a lovely, quiet common relaxation area, a small simple restaurant and even a separate room with cubicles if you need to do focused work, this meets your needs. I needed to store my luggage which was too bulky for the locker provided, but the friendly staff was there at any time of the day and night to help me get access to this as needed. Location is absolutely amazing, with many great places to dine/breakfast/beer on the street and a major metro station nearby. Easy access to Haneda airport as well. Loved it.
