I can see why some comments are negative because they are not. Excellent location, efficient check in/out process, very friendly staff who are always super helpful. They can hold on to your luggage before ur check in or after checking out. Room was very clean and enjoyable. . Things they use are of high quality and you don't feel it's cheap in any ways. The room was very quiet even tho we were beside the elevator, and the trains were literally running frequently beside the hotel. My husband and I loved our stay and definitely will stay there again.

This place is very near (5mins walk) to the Suidobashi station that is easily connected towards the city centre. All in all the facilities were great and they even have smoking lounge located at the ground floor.

While it is located conveniently near JR Suidobashi Station, it is tucked in a calm side street in Chiyoda so you don’t hear the loud sounds of the city, but still offering accesibility. The room is also big, since we booked a Twin double with an extra single bed for three people. The bathroom is spacious.
