Two bedroom family suite is super spacious! couldnt find other place that fits 6 people in a room like this. Also very clean and comfortable.

Close to a couple of big malls that has muji, Daiso etc and restaurants.

Conveniently set in the center of Tokyo, Dormy Inn Ikebukuro is within a 3-minute walk of Higashi-Ikebukuro Central Park and 0.4 miles of Hinodechou Park. I’m a fan of the Dormy Inn chain and this must be my favorite so far in terms of location. It’s a bit of a walk to Ikebukuro Station but you do pass through Sunshine Dori which is very lively so it’s not bad, I hardly felt the walk. And then from Ikebukuro Station you can go anywhere. If you’re an anime fan, the hotel location is perfect as it’s literally a few steps away from a bunch of K-BOOKS and Animate. The airport limpusine also stops at a nearby hotel so that’s a convenient way to get to or from the airport. Other than location, facilities are excellent: fully-equipped public bath with a fun little shampoo bar, free ice cream, free ramen, free yogurt drink, coffee machine, vending machines, luggage weighing scale, even money exhange machine! The staff are nice and they allow you to leave your bags at the reception before check in or after check out. Everything is extremely clean.
