This lovely apartment was an incredible value and Sara is a wonderful host! The apartment itself is very charming, clean and comfortable, plus the location couldn't be more convenient. My parents and aunt stayed here for 3 nights and they are already hoping to stay again during their next visit to nyc. Sara was also very kind, helpful, and was very quick to respond to any questions I had. I can't recommend this apartment enough if you're looking for a place in the area!

American Dream se nachází na ideálním místě ve čtvrti Gramercy v destinaci New York. Flatiron Building se nachází 700 metrů daleko, Empire State Building 1,4 km a Grand Central Terminal 1,8 km. It was great. Spacious room (for NYC standards), comfy bed, awesome staff. I didn't need to wait to use wc/bathroom. They were super clean, you can use various products from a dedicated drawer. Plus, you have a sink in your room, so it makes things go even smoother. Breakfast was splendid. I'm not used to eating donuts in the morning, lol, but I appreciated A LOT OF yummy fresh berries. I stayed only for one night and moved to another location - I regreted that plan! I'll be definitely booking this one for the whole trip when I come back to NYC
