Picture classic New York architecture and a one-of-a-kind neighborhood with tree-lined streets. 70 Park Avenue Hotel is located in the heart of it all. My stay here was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect—being just a short walk from Grand Central Station made it incredibly convenient to get around the city at all times. Whether it was exploring NYC or heading out for the day, the accessibility couldn’t have been better. The rooms were cozy, spotless, and well-maintained, providing the perfect retreat after a busy day in the city. Everything was neat and thoughtfully arranged, making my stay both comfortable and relaxing. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Their hospitality truly enhanced the experience, making me feel at home. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located stay in New York, I highly recommend 70 Park Avenue Hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

This Japanese-style hotel is located 500 metres from Grand Central Station and features a rotating repertoire of gallery pieces in the lobby. There are 2 on-site restaurants. great, quiet location, lovely and helpful staff!!

I liked the ambience, interesting photography on the walls, cool jazz playing in the lobby. Nice room detail: a strip of charger outlet right next to the bed. The location is good, no tourist crowds, easy walks to most sights.
