We were pleasantly surprised with a bottle of Prosecco for our anniversary when we checked in! Very clean room, loved the toiletries, bed, linens. Mattress & pillows soooo comfortable—ended up buying a pillow to take home! When I’m in the market for a new mattress I will be looking into the type at Made! Room was small but we were expecting that. Great location, close to lots of restaurants, central to many attractions yet removed from the chaos of Times Square. Enjoyed the complimentary wine hour from 5-6pm daily and coffee/tea/hot chocolate daily. Very efficient, friendly, and attentive staff. Overall a wonderful retreat from our busy days!! Would definitely stay again.

Its always clean, we love the smell so much we bought it at your reception! Nice location and we love the Essential King room with the view of the NY Life Building (gold roof). Always Magic!

Featuring a seasonal rooftop bar with views of the Empire State Building, the Hyatt Herald Square New York enjoys a midtown location that is surrounded with eateries and shopping destinations. 本次住宿沒有含早餐，但是飯店位在非常熱鬧的區域，餐點的選擇很多，有Bagel、foodmarket、restaurant等，位置也離地鐵站也非常近，所以很容易到曼哈頓的其他區域，飯店的房間也比想像中大得多，在飯店的rooftop也有酒吧，入住依據天數提供飲料，藉此可以頂樓欣賞夜景，非常棒！

I especially like how there is regular housekeeping which ensures me that my stay is clean and comfortable. The staff are also all very welcoming and accommodating.

The Interior design, every time I check into the Evelyn I feel like I’m home! The lobby and the long velvet curtains adds a dramatic flare . The rooms have perfectly placed lighting and art deco features. I absolutely live the heated bathroom tiles especially if you’re visiting NYC during winter.
