The glamping site is well organised with different tent style cater your needs. Staff are friendly and super nice. And she prepared our BBQ dinner perfectly. Even we came in an heavy rainy day but we still enjoyed staying inside the tent and have an hot bath.

There is an onsen the you can use, free of charge. The dorm was a large room with 20 tents. The tents were spacious and comfortable. The lights went out at 10 exact. They were very strict. There was a comfortable area to sit and eat, next to the kitchen. The atmosphere was lovely, it felt like old-Japanese, tho the music was classical piano, which was beautiful

    The environment was serene with good scenery. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were provided with more food than we needed. They provide manuals with clear instructions on how to cook those ingredients which is very helpful for people who don’t cook often like us. The tent was spacious and clean. Beds were comfy.

    Everything! There was a staff welcoming us from when we drove into the area, helped us with the luggages, and led our way to the room. The room was very comfy, quiet, and private. The outdoor onsen was amazing. The atmosphere was relaxing and calm. We also enjoyed the food a lot, both dinner and breakfast. All staffs were friendly and helpful. Nothing to complain. The amenities were also great quality.

    The hotel is a little far away from popular tourist areas. Advisable for those with car. Plenty of car parks available. Room is big and comfy. Condition is not new but clean. Onsen is big and not many people using it. Near to Aeon department store.

    Onsen was great, sleeping on the tatami at the hotel was very comfy, the room was nice and dark when blinds are closed. There's a view and the location is convenient.

    A truly wonderful experience. The food was the best I've ever eaten. Dinner was about 8 courses and seemed Michelin star quality to an amateur like me! The cabin we had with a large, private onsen was beautiful. The view of the mountain from the onsen was sublime. The accommodation was not extravagant or luxurious but authentic and comfortable. An experience we won't forget - magical.

    Very helpful and friendly staff (thank you for great help of Minato san before and during our stay). Super relaxing in both public onsen and private one in room, very comfy futon beds. Very spacious room. Excellent food and restaurant staff too.

    The hosts were very warm and welcoming and very attentive and accommodating of anything you may require. Had a very large snack box as well as plenty of drinks in the fridge for us on arrival which was very generous. The location was also excellent and the beds were very warm and comfy! Would definitely love to come back here :)
